- 3 cups of water
- 1/4 pkg onion soup
- 1/2 an onion
- 1 chicken bullion cube
- Mozzarella Cheese
- French Bread - Toasted or Homemade
- Thyme
- Garlic
- Salt & Pepper
- Caramelize the onions
- Put 3 cups of and add seasonings, onion soup and chicken bullion cube and bring to a boil
- Add Caramelized onions
- Let simmer for 20 minutes
- divide into bowels - top with shredded Mozzarella cheese and melt in the microwave (30 sec - 1 min)
- Finally, top with slices of bread
