Bio

Currently working on the concepts of cooking according to season.

For those paying attention to the tags:

Stage 0 - Means that the recipie was a keeper (I wouldn't post it here if it wasn't), but for one reason or another I am not working on perfecting it at this time. It will always have a time frame when I will start working on it.

First Stage - This was a keeper, and I am now setting about doing research to improve the process.

Second Stage - Perfecting as Leftovers and coming up with a second day plan (What can this be turned into?)

Third Stage - Rendering as healthy as possible without sacraficng flavor

Fourth Stage - Public Testing and Back to the drawing board

Fifth Stage - The dish has come as close to perfect as I can make it
